PikiPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). PikiPlay does not host copyrighted media on its servers without authorization; games are embedded via authorized distribution feeds (including GameMonetize) or submitted by game developers.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content appearing on PikiPlay infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific PikiPlay URL where it is located.
3. Your contact details: legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner or agent.
