A Guide for Parents

PikiPlay is a free website of browser games. This page explains, in plain words, what your child will find here and what you can do to keep their time on the site a good one.

Does my child need an account?

No. Every regular game can be played without signing up, and we never ask for payment details. An optional sign-in with Google or Discord unlocks the premium games and keeps favorites across devices. Children should only sign in with a parent's permission.

Can other people contact my child?

PikiPlay has no chat, no messages and no user profiles that others can see. A small number of online multiplayer games show nicknames chosen by other players. If that is a concern, stick to single-player games.

Which games suit younger children?

The catalog is made for a general audience, but not every game suits every age. Some shooting, zombie and war games are more intense, even though they are cartoon-style. These categories are usually a good fit for younger players:

We suggest trying a game yourself for a minute before handing it over to a young child.

Are there ads?

Yes. Most games show short ads from their distributor, usually before the game starts or between levels. Ads are how the games stay free. They are run by advertising networks, not chosen by PikiPlay one by one, so younger children may need help closing them.

Can my child spend money?

PikiPlay itself sells nothing. Many games have in-game shops, which normally use coins earned by playing. If you ever see a game asking for a real payment, please report it and we will remove it.

What about cookies and privacy?

Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time from the footer. Favorites and recently played games are saved in the browser on your device. Read the full privacy policy for details.

Is PikiPlay safe for my device?

Games run inside the browser like any web page, so nothing is downloaded or installed. A game cannot read files on your computer or phone.

How do I report a game?

If a game is broken, misleading or not suitable for a general audience, tell us through the contact page or email support@pikiplay.com with the game's name or link. We review every report and remove games that should not be on the site.
